NATA News Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, Samuel Oloyede Oriowo who is also the President of Automobiles And Road Safety Initiative received tons of accolades from invited guests and special speakers as he staged the sixth version of his Non-Governmental Organisations’ NATA News Road Safety Seminar & Usage of Genuine Engine Oil Advocacy for members of Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association.
Recall that the Seminar/Advocacy Project backed by Mobil Oil started in Lagos in year 2018, with a repeat in year 2019 in the same state; it has however been staged in Osun, Edo and Ondo States, Nigeria.
Making the Opening Remarks on behalf of the Sector Commander, FRSC, Ekiti State Command, Deputy Corps Commander Abimbola Aderonke Owolabi commended the organizers: Automobiles And Road Safety Initiative for putting up such a well attended seminar, promising that Federal Road Safety Commission would continue to support such project as according to her “we all have our roles to play in avoiding crashes on our roads.”
The Distinguished Chairman of the Occasion, CP Asuquo Amber speaking through SP Rabiu Mulikatu, Ekiti State traffic Officer, Ekiti State Police Command said: “My sincere appreciation goes to the Organiser of this programme which centers on usage of genuine engine oil advocacy.”
The NATA South-West Zonal Vice- President, Comrade Adebayo Jimoh Kolawole who boasted that he had attended all the seminars organized in the South-West by Samuel Oloyede urged him not to relent in his efforts that his members appreciate what he is doing.
Mr. Oriowo informed the Crew of NATA News later after the event that he was literarily bombarded for days with several phone calls by officials as well as members of Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association, Ekiti State Chapter praying for him and appreciating his organizational shrewdness.
